WHAT IS THE SEVEN WONDERS LEARNING PASS GUARANTEE?
With our pass guarantee, if you fail an exam we will reimburse you for up to two exam retakes and then offer a full refund. For CAPM® and PMP® exams, we will reimburse the PMI® member fee for an exam retake ($275). For ITIL® Foundation exams, we will reimburse the EXIN fee for an exam retake ($160). To qualify, you must take the first exam within 30 days of completing the course and the second exam within 45 days of the first exam. If you fail a second time, we will reimburse you to take the exam a third time. The third exam must be taken within 45 days of the second exam. If you fail the third exam attempt, we will provide a full refund of your certification course fee. Eligible certification courses are the 5-day PMP® Boot Camp and the 3-day ITIL® v2 or v3 Foundation certification courses. Courses purchased using promotional discount vouchers are excluded from the pass guarantee. However, if the words "Pass Guarantee" appear on the promotional discount voucher, the pass guarantee will apply to the course. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the third exam attempt.

WHAT IS THE SEVEN WONDERS LEARNING CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?
Student Cancellation: Student cancellations received with 10 or more calendar days notice will be subject to a $125 course-processing fee. Students cancelling their registration with less than 10 days notice will receive a credit voucher in the amount of their paid course fee. This credit may be used towards any other Seven Wonders Learning courses on a space available basis.
Course Cancellation: In rare instances, a public course may need to be cancelled or postponed. In this unlikely event, Seven Wonders Learning will provide a minimum of 10 days notice. The student may exercise one of the following options: 1) receive a full refund for the course; or 2) apply their paid course fee as credit toward any future Seven Wonders Learning course being offered. Seven Wonders Learning cannot be responsible for penalties resulting from changes to air travel, lodging, or any other travel penalties.

WHAT ARE THE PMP® EXAM REQUIREMENTS?

To pass the PMP Certification Exam, you must score a 61% (106 correct out of 175 questions).

You may only take the exam 3 times in any 12 month period. If you fail 3 times, you must wait 12 months before you reapply for eligibility to take the exam again.

You must have 35 contact hours (35 PDU) of specific project management training to apply for eligibility to take the exam.

When applying for eligibility to take the PMP® exam, you must show work experience in all phases of a project: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.

PMI® REQUIRES 35 CONTACT HOURS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING BEFORE YOU CAN TAKE THE PMP® EXAM. CAN I TAKE THIS COURSE TO MEET THAT REQUIREMENT?
Yes. Because Seven Wonders Learning is a PMI® Registered Education Provider (REP®), you will earn 40 contact hours for completing our 5-day PMP® Boot Camp or 16 contact hours for completing the 2-day CAPM® PMP® Exam Preparation course. One contact hour is equivalent one professional development unit (PDU). Note: you must complete the courses and receive your course completion certificates PRIOR to submitting your PMP® exam application to PMI®.

HOW DO I GET AN "ELIGIBILITY LETTER" FROM PMI® TO TAKE THE PMP® CERTIFICATION EXAM?
You can apply for the eligibility letter to take the certification exam right on the PMI website. (http://www.pmi.org) You can either become a member of PMI or you can just apply for the exam. We recommend becoming a member first. It takes ten to fourteen days to receive your letter of eligibility. You can also apply by mail – but the turnaround time is much faster if you apply online.
