COURSE DESCRIPTION
This project simulation takes a team of 12 participants back to the times of ancient Egypt, where they must assemble a project team to build the famous Pyramid of Cheops. During this one day session the team will be confronted with many of the same challenges faced by the ancient Egyptians, including Nile floods, war, and the changing whims of a pharaoh. The team must work together to fulfill project objectives on time, within scope, and within budget… all while maintaining high quality project deliverables.
